Laura Gooch is amazing, both as a stylist and an empathetic person. After hearing my tear-filled hair nightmare over the phone, she came in to the salon on her day off to fix my hair which had been annihilated by another salon via a stylist who had gone "Mommy Dearest" on my hair using really caustic bleach, which turned my smooth ashy dark brown hair with hidden platinum highlights into a frizzy peach/gold blonde einsteinian bouffant. Laura listened to me, advised me of how I could keep my now very brittle hair from breaking off, ensured me that she would fix my hair and talked to me like a friend. I left the salon with gorgeous hair, a new stylist and a very happy heart.
